Frequently asked questions
aravo uses Magic Links (emails with a secure access link) and Google OAuth.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Links remain valid for 10 minutes.
If the problem continues, write to hola@aravo.app with the email address linked to your account.
You can manage your subscription from Panel → Settings → Plan.
When you cancel, you keep all your data and access to the active plan until the paid period ends.
There are no penalties or friction when cancelling.
Payments and invoices are handled by Polar, our billing provider.
You can access your billing history from the settings section in the panel.
If you spot an incorrect charge, write to hola@aravo.app with the details and we will sort it out.
Your data belongs to you. You can export time records, invoices, and quotes in PDF format directly from the panel.
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, email hola@aravo.app and we will handle it in under 72 hours.
Write to hola@aravo.app describing what happened, which section of the panel was involved, and whether you can reproduce it.
The more information you include (browser, operating system, steps to reproduce), the faster we can identify and resolve the problem.
The free plan includes unlimited time tracking, up to 3 active clients, up to 3 active projects, and basic reporting.
The Pro plan unlocks unlimited clients and projects, advanced reporting, quotes, and professional billing.
