1. Basic information

This site and the Aravo application operate as an independent project in an early-stage free access phase.

• Payments: the Professional plan is charged through Polar Software, Inc., which handles checkout, payments, taxes, invoices, and receipts as Merchant of Record.

2. Nature of the service

Aravo is a professional tool for turning tracked hours into clear reports, invoices, and quotes for freelancers, independent professionals, and small teams. It is not a financial, tax, legal, accounting, employment, or collection product.

The Starter plan is free. The Professional plan is a professional commercial subscription with automatic renewal until cancellation.

Access and use are governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies and local storage policy, and, for professional customers processing third-party data, the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The software, brand, design, texts, visual structure, and other Aravo elements belong to their owners or licensors. No license is granted except what is necessary to use the service under its terms.

4. Communications

Aravo does not send unsolicited mass commercial communications. Emails related to authentication, invitations, shared reports, billing, security, or account lifecycle are transactional and necessary to operate the service.

5. Liability

The service is offered as an independent tool in active evolution. Limitations, exclusions, and dispute resolution are detailed in the Terms of Service.
