1. Acceptance of the terms
Al acceder, registrarte o usar aravo (un servicio operado por Kavaju Resa), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Terms del Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte, no podrás utilizar nuestra plataforma. aravo está pensado exclusivamente para uso profesional (B2B) por parte de freelancers, trabajadores independientes y agencias temporales.
2. Service description
aravo is a web-based management application (SaaS) that centralizes time tracking, billing, quoting, and client control in a focused environment. We aim to keep the platform operating continuously, although we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in the face of required maintenance deployments, product improvements, or external causes introduced by third-party cloud providers.
3. Account use and acceptable conduct
Account registration validates your session through email-based secure links ("Magic Links") or Google OAuth. You are directly responsible for maintaining the privacy and safekeeping of your authorized access.
You agree that you will not use aravo to:
- Carry out fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful activity applicable within your business jurisdiction.
- Violate or attempt to expose the security of other users through automated scanning or attacks against our service infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, improperly tamper with, substantially copy, or fully or partially resell the original aravo software.
4. Plan billing and payments
Our platform operates with universal free access through basic and demonstration resources, complemented by recurring "Pro" plans. We entrust payment processing, administration, and fiscal storage for users to our official commercial partner (Polar).
- Billing cycles: Any advanced membership starts the charges shown in the product, with automatic renewal every month or every year depending on your choice.
- Frictionless cancellations: Following our core philosophy, you can stop recurring billing or downgrade your plan from the relevant section in your panel with no friction. You will keep all progress and premium benefits until the paid period ends.
- Refunds: Because the product delivers value immediately after web-based purchase and there are free ways to try it proactively, refunds are not provided for partial or already-started billing cycles.
5. Ownership of your information and suspension
Your data belongs to you and works for you. As intermediate users of hosting infrastructure, we only use those resources (stored client names, timed activity histories, and similar records) so the essential functions in your panel can operate. You retain the ability to remove and export them whenever you consider it necessary.
That said, we retain the operational authority to apply temporary or permanent technical restrictions quickly to accounts that clearly violate our standards or the laws applicable to the project.
6. Limitation of liability and service provided "as is"
aravo is provided on an "as is" basis and in the condition in which it is currently operable, expressly disclaiming guarantees of commercial outcomes in your independent activity. To the extent your jurisdiction allows this protection, Kavaju Resa shall not be liable for monetary losses (including lost profits or expected gains) resulting from prolonged disruptions, large-scale accidental deletions by hosting providers, or other material harm tied to strict reliance on our day-to-day development.
7. Formal changes to these rules
The rules listed here are not completely static, so we may review them periodically. If improvements or redesigns significantly rewrite expectations or the fundamental rights of this software agreement, you will receive active notifications through direct communication or in-product alerts.
